Controls and boundaries

- Monitor capture stability, alerts and storage growth.
- Back up data and retain independent audit-head records where required.
- Maintain certificates and retest changed capture/controller hardware.
Reports and handling
- Recorded missions and incidents for a reporting period.

- Captured snapshots and video observations.
- Ledger integrity checks and printed/PDF report outputs.
