About our portfolio
Different teams. A clear purpose for each.
Security work spans assurance, facilities, aerial observation and authorised investigations. We offer four focused products to support those distinct responsibilities.
An audit reviewer, a reception officer, a drone operator and an investigator work with different records and make different decisions. Their software needs to reflect those differences.
Our portfolio keeps those workflows in dedicated applications. Sentinel Assure focuses on assurance records and analysis. Sentinel SiteGuard supports company-site monitoring and access. Sentinel SkyWatch organises drone observation work and training. Sentinel ID connects authorised identity and investigation workflows.
A product demonstration starts with the work your team needs to perform. The selected product, its configuration and any integration work form the basis of the proposed installation.

Governance & assurance
Sentinel Assure
Governance, risk, compliance and local data analysis for audit and assurance teams.
For: Audit, risk, compliance and revenue-assurance teams.
Purpose: A traceable view of risks, controls, findings and follow-up actions.
Clear records. Responsible review. Explicit connections.
Keep the source in view
Useful software helps a reviewer understand where an observation, finding or candidate result came from. We describe the source context and the human review needed for each workflow, including the limits of automated analysis.
Define access around the work
Account roles, workspace membership, agency permissions and physical-access grants belong to the relevant product. The installation needs an agreed process for issuing, reviewing and revoking access as responsibilities change.
Commission the actual integration
A generic interface is a starting point. The chosen device, controller, data source or external service needs configuration, protected credentials and validation. The agreed proposal should identify what is included and who owns each connection.
Validate the operating environment
Input quality, processing capacity, network conditions and retention affect real operation. A pilot should exercise representative workloads and failure conditions, then record what passed and which dependencies remain.
Working together
From an initial conversation to a reviewed handover.
01
Understand
Identify the product, intended users and the task that matters. Review representative examples, source permissions and operating conditions.
02
Define
Agree the software scope, deployment, integrations, responsibilities, training and support. List hardware and third-party services explicitly.
03
Demonstrate
Walk through the proposed workflow, including exception handling. Use the pilot to test the agreed acceptance criteria and record remaining requirements.
04
Hand over
Train the responsible staff, retain the acceptance evidence and agree account administration, recovery, maintenance and escalation arrangements.
People behind the operation
Agree ownership as well as features.
Operational owners
Define the daily workflow, review the results and decide when an issue needs escalation. They help establish the procedures that staff will follow.
Technical owners
Provision the intended infrastructure, secure integration credentials and maintain device connections, updates and backups within the agreed deployment responsibilities.
Administrators and reviewers
Manage product access, keep configuration current and review recorded activity. Training should cover both normal use and the exceptions the team may encounter.
Before you commit
A proposal with the right detail.
Product-specific deliverables
The written scope should identify the selected application, its deployment, included interfaces and the acceptance evidence. The four products have separate proposals and presentations so you can assess the relevant offer.
Confirm software rights, installation tasks, customer-provided equipment, optional integrations, training and support. Agree the ongoing infrastructure and third-party costs, maintenance responsibilities and change process in the quotation.
